This is a public service announcement. Romano David Toscano is a scammer. Do not work with him nor Dan Butler(don't have a photo on him). They go from country to country to employ people and then proceed to not pay them. The have used this tactic in many countries. They have done this with people in the UK, Ghana and Albania where they have stolen the work of the developers without pay.
